Guts and Glory Tennis LLC takes no responsibility for verifying the condition, written description or autheticity of any items posted in these classified listings. As with all open classified listings the buyer needs to be cautious and take full responsibility when purchasing through a private seller.
We ask for our "Racquety-Yak" discussion board members to be aware of the spirit and intent of the classified section of these boards. It is provided as a service/mechanism for our members to use when selling or trading personal items related to tennis. Items that compete with products sold by Guts and Glory Tennis will not permitted and will be deleted by the site administrator. Also, no new products, dealer postings or links to E-Bay auctions are permitted. These will also be deleted. While we invite and encourage the participation in the discussion forums from dealers, clubs and pros the use of these classifieds to sell used demo stock, old stock or overstocked items is simply not permitted.
To assist the community when posting an item in this section please clearly define the age and condition of the item. Condition should also be rated on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being new.
